Gan Song - Nardostachys Root (Radix Seu Rhizoma Nardostachydis)

Properties: Acrid, sweet, warm. Channels: Spleen, Stomach.

Action and indication: awakens the Spleen, unblocks constraint, alleviates pain. For abdominal and epigastric distention and pain with a diminished
appetite. It can be used externally for leg qi and edema.
