Pattern: Cold in cases of Qi vacuity.

Key symptoms: Cold and fever, tiredness, shortness of breath, disinclination to speak. Pale tongue white coating, floating, forceless pulse. 

Formula: Shen su Yin (Ginseng and Perilla Leaf Decoction).

Treatment method: Dispel wind, dissipate cold, boost Qi, resolve the exterior .

Acupuncture: UB13, fei shu, ST36 zu san li.
