Properties: sligthly Cold, Salty. Channels: Liver, Spleen

Action and indication: Nourishes Yin, anchors Yang: Liver Yang, int wind, tremors, spasms, convulsions. (Da Ding Feng Zhu)

Steaming bone (Qing Gu San, Qing Hao Bie Jia Tang)

Moves blood, promotes menstruation, disperses nodules.

Contraindicated: pregnancy, Yang deficiency diarrhea, damp-Cold in Stomach.

Raw: Yin deficiency Yang excess.    Vinegar-fry: nodules. 

Dose: 10-30 g    Decoct 30 min before other herbs.
